Around February or March, I purchased two NIVEA MEN Deep Darkwood underarm deodorants from Migros. The products did not have a visible expiration date on the packaging. At the beginning of June, when I opened and used the first deodorant for the first time, it immediately started clumping into small lumps as soon as I applied it to my underarm, and pieces of the product fell off everywhere. It was obvious that the product had deteriorated.

I then opened the second deodorant to see if it had the same problem, and it did. It also clumped and crumbled during application. Although I did not experience any skin irritation, redness, or itching, both products are completely unusable in their current condition and have gone to waste. Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt or invoice.

I request that NIVEA investigate whether there is a manufacturing or quality issue affecting this product line and replace my two defective deodorants with new ones.
