Nissan Left Me Waiting 4 Weeks for a Wiper Motor on My 2018 Qashqai Tekno Plus

I got a second-hand 2018 Nissan Qashqai Tekno Plus, and when it started having issues, I brought it to the official Nissan service in Şanlıurfa. The crew really put in the effort to get the car ready, and I was honestly blown away by their talent and commitment. The problem is with the wiper motor, and it needs to be replaced. I bought the part, but it's been four weeks and I'm still waiting because it hasn't been restocked yet. We reached out to the main office for help. It's surprising that a big company like Nissan doesn't have any wiper motors in their main warehouse, especially in a place with so many Nissan cars on the road. I can't even drive my car when it rains. I really need a solution!
