My Nissan X-Trail Has Chronic Engine Issues And Nissan Refuses Warranty

I bought a brand new 2020 Nissan X-Trail 1.3 DIG-T gasoline model, and now, in 2024, at just 58,000 km, the engine has started to misfire constantly. When I took it to the authorized service center, they told me I needed a spark plug and injector replacement, quoting a ridiculous price of ₺39,399!

I've researched this engine extensively, and it's clear there are widespread complaints about injector failures. This isn't just a random defect; it's a chronic problem that a 4-year-old vehicle with only 58,000 km should absolutely not be experiencing. I demanded that Nissan replace the parts for free, arguing it's a known defect, but they flat-out refused, claiming the vehicle is "out of warranty."

I even escalated this to CİMER (Presidential Communications Center), and all I got was a generic response telling me to go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, Consumer Courts, or mediation. I had the spark plugs replaced at an authorized service center, and the misfiring stopped for a mere 2,000 km. Now, it's started again!

I will get the replacement done at the authorized service center again, and then I will immediately file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Courts. I will fight this to the very end. Why are consumers in this country constantly being exploited? There's no regard for customer satisfaction, and the government offers no protection. Nissan has zero customer satisfaction; it's nothing but a headache. Nissan, address this chronic engine defect and compensate me for your faulty product!
