Economy Bookings Failed to Deliver My Car Rental and Won’t Respond

Between October 31 and November 3, 2025, I made a reservation through Economy Bookings to rent a Porsche Cayenne from İzmir Airport, using the rental company Car Net (Reservation No: b72257585). I completed the payment using my credit card for a total of $79.

However, when I arrived at the airport, there was no Car Net representative or office present. I tried to contact both Economy Bookings and Car Net, but I received no response and could not reach anyone. As a result, my reservation did not take place, and I was left in a difficult situation.

I was forced to rent another car from a different company. I am requesting that my issue be resolved and that the $79 I paid be refunded to me.
