My Nine West Herlan 5FX Shoe Has a Jammed Ankle Strap

Approximately five days ago, I purchased a pair of Nine West 5M Herlan 5FX Gold shoes from the Nine West store at Forum Istanbul. The ankle strap becomes stuck inside the buckle mechanism and will not move. Because I cannot fasten the strap, I am unable to wear the shoes.

When I returned to the store, the employees only photographed the shoes and sent the head office a message stating that “the buckle on the back of the product is difficult to move.” They did not accept the shoes for inspection and told me that neither a replacement nor a refund was available. I currently cannot use the product at all and have been unfairly inconvenienced.

Because of this defect, I am requesting either a replacement with a fully functional pair or a complete refund of the amount I paid.
