My Hummel Sneaker Heel Collapsed After Only Three Months

Around March or April, I purchased a pair of sneakers from the Hummel store at Forum Kayseri Mall for approximately $84–$105. Although I wore the shoes regularly and under normal conditions, the heel section collapsed within only two or three months, completely ruining their comfort and fit.

I submitted the shoes for inspection under the warranty. However, the resulting report stated that there was no manufacturing problem and that the manufacturer was not responsible for any defect, so my claim was denied. I do not accept that a heel collapsing within such a short time can simply be treated as customer misuse. I paid a substantial amount for these shoes, yet the company has refused to accept any responsibility for their extremely short lifespan.

I believe the product is defective. I am requesting that Hummel reconsider the inspection decision and issue a full refund of the amount I paid for the shoes.
