Nike Sent My Gift in a Crumpled Package That Looked Like Garbage
Hello, The brand and its image are strengthened by millions of dollars of advertising and expenditure to make customers feel a sense of purchase and satisfaction. Sometimes you do everything right, but the behaviour in the final and the attitude shown to the customer can ruin everything. The situation that happened to me was exactly like this, the moments when a brand like ‘Nike’ touches the customer made me think that I think it is not very important anymore. I was really disappointed and surprised when the product package (you can see it in the images), which I bought as a gift and asked to be sent to the address, arrived at the address crumpled and wrapped like garbage. Would you believe that this is a package from Nike? I couldn't believe it and I am curious about the response to this complaint and the action to be taken.
