Dear respected representative,
The Nike shoes I recently bought have experienced significant wear and tear in just three months. Both toes have opened up and deteriorated excessively, which is not acceptable for a shoe intended for walking on flat surfaces. Even after bringing them to the Nike store twice for inspection, no solution was provided. I kindly ask the individuals in charge to promptly address this matter.
