I ordered something from Nike, but the package was sent to a company I had never heard of called Scotty. I tried calling their customer service for more than 10 minutes, but no one answered the phone. If I want to pick up the product myself, there is no address for the branch. How can such small companies work with a big company like Nike? I don't get it. Also, the tracking information for another order says it left the country of origin, but when I check the time, it hasn't even arrived yet. Logistics are not working very well, and I don't know where the package is. I know it's an international shipment, but I don't understand why Nike works with such bad companies when there are plenty of other companies that handle their own shipping both internationally and in Turkey.
