Disappointed with Nike: Deformation Issues in Expensive Tracksuit

I bought something from the Barçin store in Akbat Shopping Mall. After trying it on in the store, I washed it the next day according to the care instructions. However, an hour later, there was deformation around the knee area, giving it an ugly aspect. Why would I pay two thousand Turkish Liras on a Nike tracksuit if it was going to be of such terrible quality? It ended up looking like market tracksuits. I returned the merchandise to the location of purchase, and they examined it. The outcome was negative a week later. We occasionally overlook things for the sake of quality, you know. Why did I spend 2,000 Turkish Liras on a tracksuit? I've never had such an issue with a Nike product before. Does your product's quality deteriorate as the price rises? I'm not sure what you mean. By the way, I didn't ask for a refund or anything like that; I only wanted to find another product that doesn't distort around the knees if one was available. However, the outcome was two thousand Turkish Liras, and my faith in Nike was shattered.

They told me that my product issue was due to user error, but I'm sorry, I really don't understand how you can conclude that sweatpants that have become baggy are my fault. For example, what could I have possibly done? I followed the washing instructions and used it for 1 hour, and the sweatpants became ridiculous. Are you okay?
