Nike Juniper Trail 2 Gore-Tex Shoes Waterproofing Issue

I purchased a pair of Gore-Tex sports shoes from the Nike store at Adana Optimum, but unfortunately, they began to allow water to seep in. I brought them in for inspection, and after 20 days, they notified me that my complaint had been rejected, and I could retrieve my shoes. I'm aware that Gore-Tex fabric is designed to be water-resistant. This situation does not paint a positive image of the Nike brand. I am not satisfied with the Nike shoes specifically made for us.
