Negative Nike Warranty Experience with 9-Year-Old's Shoes
My 9-year-old daughter and I bought Nike shoes at Forum Kayseri Mall. The shoes fell apart after 10 days. We took the product that was supposed to be guaranteed for two years back to the store. The staff was very rude and took it from us to send to the company. It's been three weeks and we haven't heard back. The store told us that the company didn't see any reason for an exchange after we went there twice. But we found out that they never sent it to the company. They were very angry and told us there was nothing we could do. This is not at all what Nike wants.
