My Wish to Swap Brand New Nike Sneakers with Whites Ignored Rudely

I wanna express how how annoyed I am that they won't let me swap the Nike shoes, and I was just trying to get a different colour. The store totally made up dumb excuses to say the product wasn't in perfect condition, even though it was only a week old and I barely used it. the manager at Barcın Sport Square AVM was totally uncool and not professional when I talked to him. He wouldn't admit to doing anything wrong and wouldn't take responsibility for the product being a different shade of white. I was really bummed out by how the store handled the situation, their behavior was totally not cool, and  definitely not a fan anymore. They didn't give good customer service, even though they should have according to my consumer rights.
