Next Order Delayed for Over 14 Days Despite Address Being Correct

I placed an order with Next on September 3, and they confirmed it would be delivered within 10 business days. My address was entered correctly during the purchase, yet they claimed the order was delayed due to an “address issue” and that it was sent back to the Bayrampaşa transfer center. However, when I checked the tracking, the item had never even left Bayrampaşa. Despite responding to their emails, they now say the process will take another 10 days. Which shipping company in Turkey takes this long to deliver a package? It’s been 14 business days since I paid the customs fee, and I’m incredibly frustrated. I’ll never shop with them again. I demand a prompt resolution and my order delivered without further delay.
