I went to the Adana Optimum Sportive store and bought two pairs of the New Balance BB480LGT shoes, each of which came with a warranty good for one year. However, within the time period covered by the warranty, the leather on both pairs of shoes developed cracks. Despite the fact that I had sent the items in for warranty claims, my request was denied on the grounds that I had made a mistake. In spite of the fact that I had resubmitted one of the pairs of shoes, I was given a negative response. Concerning the exhaustiveness of the product inspections they conduct, I have my doubts.
