New Balance 530 Shoe Complaint - Premature Tears and Denial of Manufacturing Defects

New Balance 530 Shoe Complaint - Premature Tears and Denial of Manufacturing Defects
April 8, 2024 3:54 PM259

My primary gripe with the New Balance 530 model shoes, which I bought on 08.04.2023, is that within three months after purchase, tears started to appear in the rear inside section. I was notified that it was not a manufacturing problem after mailing the product for inspection. Consequently, the mesh part began to tear after only twenty wears. Our second attempt at sending the product in for inspection on March 24, 2024, yielded the same result: "not a manufacturing defect." Is it necessary for you to separate in order to recognize a flaw? When you don't believe in your product, why give it a two-year warranty?

And when I examined the complaints, it was generally the same model and torn at the same points. How is this considered user error?

If a product is being complained about by many users from the same section, the problem lies not with the users but with the product, and the inability to produce a solution is the brand's problem. I will not use any of your brand's products again, and I will not recommend them to anyone. New Balance is a regret.
