I purchased a product from a New Balance store in Dubai, but later discovered a defect in the item. Since then, I’ve tried to reach out to the Dubai store, but I haven’t been able to get any response. Naturally, I turned to New Balance Türkiye for assistance, thinking they would stand behind the brand—especially for a global company.
Unfortunately, I received no support whatsoever. They said they couldn’t help because the product was bought abroad. I find this unacceptable from a brand of New Balance’s scale and reputation. If I can’t get help from one branch or another, what’s the point of global branding?
I’m requesting immediate assistance from New Balance Türkiye. I expect the company to stand by its name and offer support regardless of where the purchase was made.
