Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer Caused Burning and Redness on My Sensitive Skin

Having read good reviews, I decided to give Neutrogena's Oil-Free Moisturiser a try hoping it would be mild enough for my sensitive skin. I had used their Hydro Boost Water Gel before and loved it; it calmed down my skin type and performed great. Still, this moisturiser had quite distinct effects. My skin burned and stung when I applied it, which I assumed would pass soon, but the burning sensation did not go away. My face flushed crimson, and even after rinsing it several times, I could still feel sting and aggravation. This is among the worst responses I have ever had to a skincare product. I most certainly would not advise it to anyone, particularly if they have sensitive skin.
