I Felt Burning on My Skin and Eyes After Using Neutrogena Face Product

I purchased a Neutrogena facial care product expecting it to be suitable for my skin, as it was recommended to me as the best match. However, from the very first application, I experienced an uncomfortable burning sensation on both my face and around my eyes. This reaction was immediate and quite intense, leaving me disappointed and concerned.
I followed the instructions carefully and used the product exactly as directed, yet it still irritated my skin. I’ve only used it once, but unfortunately, it seems there’s no option for a return or refund. This is extremely frustrating because I trusted the Neutrogena brand to provide safe and dermatologically tested products.
I feel let down, not only by the product’s performance but also by the lack of customer support in resolving my issue. I expect Neutrogena to take responsibility and offer a solution—either by accepting a return or issuing a refund. No customer should have to risk their skin health or waste money on a product that causes such discomfort.
