I then called Neutrogena customer service, but they have been stalling me for two months. They suggested I throw away the product and that they would send me a higher-end cream instead. However, after two months, I have yet to receive anything, and each time I follow up, I’m told, "We will send it next week."
If they hadn’t insisted I throw away the cream, I would have reported this to the Consumer Arbitration Board. It seems that no one is doing their job properly or standing behind their products. This company sells expensive creams but does not address customer complaints effectively.
