Today, I purchased the Neutrogena Revitalizing Peeling product from Migros and used it for the first time. After applying it to my face, I experienced severe burning and redness. About half an hour after use, the discomfort on my skin intensified, and my face turned completely red. I had never used this product before and had not performed any sensitivity test beforehand.
The product’s lot number is 0985v. I bought it from Migros, but I do not have a receipt or invoice.
Because of this negative experience, I am requesting a refund from Neutrogena. I kindly ask for a response as soon as possible.
