Neutrogena Hand Cream Now Clumps and Leaves Residue on Skin After Use

I have been using Neutrogena’s nourishing care cream, intensive care cream, and fast-absorbing hand cream for many years. However, with my most recent purchases, I noticed a difference in the packaging and I believe the formulas may have been changed. I bought all three creams from Migros and tried them separately. Each time I applied them, the cream clumped on my skin, balled up, and left residue on my hands that felt like dirt. The expiration dates were valid, and all of them were newly opened.

I have never experienced this issue before. At the moment, I do not have the receipt and I have not yet contacted customer service. I am requesting that the products return to their previous quality, an explanation of why this change was made, and assistance with either a return or an exchange if possible.
