In response to the offensive-smelling cream, the customer service department of Neutrogena did not respond. Suddenly, the fragrance-free concentrated hand moisturizer that I had been purchasing from Rossmann turned out to have an odd and unpleasant odor. I had purchased it multiple times.
Despite the fact that the tube's color and consistency remained the same, it appeared as though it had mold attached to it in some part. I contacted the customer service department of Neutrogena and asked them a question. In addition, there was no feedback provided, nor was there a request made to return the cream for its inspection.
