Delivery Not Received Due to Neutrogena Intensive Moisture Care Product Flaws

In March, we purchased two Neutrogena Intensive Moisture Creams from Maltepe Migros Mesa. After the purchase, we noticed something was wrong with the products and contacted Neutrogena to request an exchange. Despite our request, the promised replacement products were not delivered. Instead, we received notification that due to a warehouse relocation, delivery was not possible. This lack of willingness to address the issue does not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable brand like Neutrogena.

It is regrettable that a company known for quality and reliability is facing such difficulties in a simple exchange. The interruption of customer service due to a warehouse relocation raises questions about the efficiency of the company. Reputable companies should be able to provide their customers with a consistent level of service and uphold their commitments. Neutrogena's behavior in this matter is disappointing and does not align with the expectations of a renowned brand.
