I recently purchased the Neutrogena Intense Moisturizing Care Cream, and at first, it seemed fine. However, by the third use, things took a turn for the worse. After applying the cream post-shower, I felt an extremely uncomfortable sticky sensation all over my body. I had to jump back into the shower just to rinse it off. That’s when I noticed my skin had started peeling as well.
This product did not initially cause any issues, but now it leaves my skin tacky and irritated—completely the opposite of what a moisturizer should do. I had no choice but to throw the entire jar away after just a few uses. There’s absolutely no way I could continue applying something that causes peeling and discomfort.
For a brand like Neutrogena that’s supposed to specialize in skincare, this experience is extremely disappointing. I trusted the product based on the brand’s reputation, but it ended up being a complete letdown. I’m sharing this so others can think twice before buying it. I hope Neutrogena addresses this issue and offers a refund or at least acknowledges the faulty formula.
