I purchased three tubes of Neutrogena Intense Moisturizing Hand Cream, expecting a high-quality product from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, all three turned out to be a major disappointment. Instead of deeply moisturizing my hands, the cream left them extremely sticky—almost as if I had smeared sugar all over them. The texture was unpleasant, and the supposed hydration was completely ineffective.
Worse yet, after a few uses, the skin on my hands started peeling. The product seems to have a peeling effect rather than a moisturizing one, which completely defeats its purpose. It doesn’t nourish or soften the skin—instead, it creates discomfort and irritation.
I honestly don’t understand how Neutrogena can release such an ineffective and irritating formula. For a product marketed specifically for intense hydration, this is unacceptable. I believe this item should be pulled from the market before more consumers waste their money and damage their skin. I urge Neutrogena to address this issue and issue refunds for customers who experienced this same problem.
