I am writing to report an ongoing issue with Netshort regarding a dairy subscription that continues to deduct money from my account even though I unsubscribed last month. The subscription is linked to the phone number 0731481363. Since unsubscribing, a total of R209.99 has been deducted from my account without my consent. I have not been using this service after unsubscribing, and I did not authorize any further charges. I request that Netshort refund the full amount of R209.99 that has been deducted after my unsubscription and immediately stop any future deductions from my account related to this subscription. I would also like clear confirmation that the subscription has been fully cancelled and that no further charges will be made.
