I Did Not Approve The $11 Charge From Google Netshort Popul London

On May 6, 2026, an unauthorized transaction was made through a company listed as “Google Netshort Popul London,” and approximately $11 was withdrawn from my Enpara card in a single charge.

I did not make this purchase, and the amount was charged from my card without my knowledge or approval.

Because money was withdrawn from my account even though I neither used my card for this transaction nor gave any authorization, I am currently experiencing serious inconvenience and concern regarding the security of my payment information.

I request that the payment transaction appearing under the description “Google Netshort Popul London” be thoroughly investigated and that all necessary security checks be carried out regarding this unauthorized activity.

I also demand that the approximately $11 withdrawn without my permission be refunded to me as soon as possible and that the necessary precautions be taken to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from happening again in the future.
