Netflix Charged After Membership Ended Without Consent

I am very frustrated with Netflix. My membership ended, and about a week later, ₺150 was suddenly charged to my account without any authorization, and my account was reactivated without my consent. This is unacceptable behavior from a company I trusted with my payment details.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t satisfied with Netflix during my subscription. The platform offers mostly outdated movies and shows, many of which I’ve already watched on regular TV years ago. The content didn’t meet my expectations, so I chose to cancel my subscription.

I demand an immediate refund of the ₺150 and the permanent closure of my account. This kind of unauthorized transaction is a serious issue and reflects poorly on Netflix’s practices. I urge the company to resolve this matter promptly.
