Netflix Keeps Deleting Our Accounts Without Information

Hello, We have been using Netflix services since the first day it entered our country, we have not experienced any major problems so far, but when we tried to log in to our account that we were using actively the previous week, we encountered a warning that no Netflix account registered to our e-mail address could be found. Then, by looking at the payment dates, we purchased a new membership via the same e-mail address as our account, which should actually exist since we had no losses, and started using it by making the payment. It hasn't been a week, now our account has been deleted from our e-mail address again and we are being directed to get a zero membership with the e-mail address. Is Netflix trying to scam us? If the account is closed, we should be notified with the reason. It is very hurtful that we are left victimized without any communication and without notification of account movements by e-mail.
