Netflix Keeps Charging Me Even After I Cancelled My Subscription Multiple Times

I am extremely frustrated with Netflix for continuously charging my card even though I’ve canceled my subscription multiple times. Each time I go through the cancellation process, it appears to go through successfully. I receive a confirmation, and I no longer have access to content, which makes me think everything is resolved. But then I check my bank statement and see recurring charges from Netflix every month.
This has been happening for several months now, and I haven’t even been using the service—I thought my membership was canceled! To make matters worse, there is no way to remove my payment method from the app. I feel like I’m being trapped into paying for something I clearly opted out of.
Netflix, this is unacceptable. You need to stop these unauthorized charges immediately, issue a full refund for the months I was wrongly billed, and allow users to remove their payment information. I expected better from a global company.
