Netflix Subscription Won’t Cancel and Double Charges – Requesting Refund

I am unable to cancel my Netflix subscription despite multiple attempts. Each time, it states that my membership will remain active until a specific date, but once that date passes, the subscription continues without my consent. On top of this, Netflix has charged my bank account twice on the same date.

I have tried to resolve this issue, but nothing has worked, and I am frustrated with the repeated charges. I am requesting an immediate refund for the duplicate payments and a complete cancellation of my Netflix subscription to prevent further charges.

Please address this issue urgently, as it is unacceptable to experience such repeated billing errors. I expect a quick resolution and clear communication regarding my refund and cancellation.
