Netflix Kept Charging Me ₺ After I Canceled My Membership 4 Months Ago

I canceled my Netflix subscription nearly four months ago, yet they are still charging my bank card without my permission. I noticed the payments kept going through even after I clearly canceled the subscription, so I tried canceling again, thinking maybe it hadn’t registered properly the first time.

But this morning—around 4 a.m., to be exact—I saw yet another unauthorized charge on my account. This is absolutely outrageous. I have screenshots showing the repeated deductions and proof that my membership was canceled. There is no excuse for this to be happening.

To be clear, I am also an attorney, and if this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I’m prepared to take legal action. Before filing an official complaint with the public prosecutor’s office, I’m giving Netflix a final opportunity to stop these unauthorized charges and issue a full refund for every month charged after cancellation.

This isn’t just negligence—it’s a violation of consumer rights. I expect prompt action and a proper explanation. Netflix needs to fix this now before it escalates any further.
