Netflix Disrespect And Overlordship!

I have continued my Netflix membership for years, even though their constant price increases for a very long time are not acceptable in any way. It has been going on for a long time with the same payment plan belonging to us. While they were patient with the constant price increases this year, their latest act of disrespect was the straw that broke the camel's back. I saw that they canceled my membership without giving me any explanation. As a result of our conversation with Netflix customer service, the reason for canceling my membership was: "To protect members against unauthorized charges, we sometimes cancel accounts that show signs of unusual activity. "Your account seems to have been canceled for this reason," they stated. When I asked them to elaborate on the fact that this was not a detailed and sufficient explanation, I received an answer saying "Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with any different or detailed information on this subject." I stated that they charged the membership fee one month in advance, but I requested a refund for the portion that I could not use because it was canceled without my knowledge or request. ''Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for this transaction. Please get in touch with your financial institution and request a refund directly from them,” they replied. As can be seen from here, it is clearly seen that they canceled the membership and did not pay the fee for the period during which they did not provide service, for a reason that they could not explain, other than the customer's knowledge and request. I want to announce to the public the disrespect and feudalism, so to speak, here. I strongly recommend it to all Netflix members and those who are considering becoming a member.
