Nestle Won't Take Its Expired Goods Back

I own a little place, a small market, Reisoglu Market over at Esensehir Mahallesi Cetinkaya Sokak No.31B, I found out that the Nestle stuff I got from Zirvegül was expired. Right away, I called you guys up to see if we can fix this. You gave an unhelpful response saying that they wouldn't take responsibility for the problem. That's not what you told me before! just wanted to let you know that I'm counting on your company to make sure the stuff you sell is top-notch. Hey, I've been a loyal customer and I'd really appreciate it if you could take care of this situation ASAP. I demand that the expired products be replaced with fresh, non-expired ones without any further delays. I'm ready to spread the word on all social media until we get this sorted out.
