Defective Nestlé Nesfit Red Berry Bar With Missing Layer

I purchased a Nestlé Nesfit Red Berry bar today from a market in Fethiye, Muğla, because it is a product I enjoy. However, the white chocolate coating that is supposed to be on the back of the bar was completely missing.

When I opened the product, I was faced with what was clearly a defective and incomplete item. This is not acceptable for a food brand.

Due to this issue, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid. I also ask that Nestlé investigate whether there may be a production defect in this batch and carry out the necessary quality control checks to ensure that similar issues do not happen again.
