The Nestle Chocolate I Purchased Had Gone Bad


Recently I ordered some chocolates, but when I opened the parcel I was horrified. This was something else completely, not only a matter of the damaged cold chain. Usually, if chocolate melts and refreezes, it forms a white coating; instead, what I observed was a lot of unusual bubbles, almost as if the chocolate had experienced a different reaction. To exacerbate things, the taste was totally off and there was no enjoyment at all. The texture was rough, like sand. That something as basic as chocolate arrives in such a horrible state truly irritates me. Better quality and treatment were what I expected. This has been a great letdown; I lack confidence ordering from here once more.
