On October 29, 2024, I sent my Arçelik coffee machine to the service center. The service requested my receipt and provided a WhatsApp phone number for me to send it to. I sent the receipt, and the next day they called me, saying they would deliver the coffee machine. A delivery appointment was scheduled for November 2, 2024. I was not at home, but my nephew was there, and they asked him for the receipt. Even though my nephew explained that we had already sent the receipt via WhatsApp, they still demanded money from him. He refused, so they returned the product to the service center. Despite everything being in order, the coffee machine has still not been delivered to my address. Today, I had another appointment for delivery, but they did not show up. I called customer service five times, but no solution was provided. On top of that, I was scolded by a woman at the service center, and the call was abruptly ended. I also informed them that I would not be home tomorrow or for the next six months, yet they still refuse to deliver my product.
