I purchased the Nespresso F541 Gran Latissima coffee machine for ₺15,999. Since I bought it to use at my workplace, I had the invoice issued in my company’s name. However, I was informed that I am not eligible for the 50 free capsule promotion offered specifically for this model because the invoice was not issued to an individual. During the purchase process, I did not see any restriction in the campaign terms regarding company invoices. When I applied to benefit from the promotion, customer service stated that they could not assist me for this reason. I find this situation unfair, as people may wish to use this product not only at home but also at their workplace. I am not satisfied with the after-sales service and customer support, and I request that the 50 free capsules included in the promotion be provided to me.
