Missing Promotional Item From Arçelik Order No: 107287617
Hello, I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent purchase I made from Arçelik's official website. I ordered a deep freezer, and as part of the promotion associated with Order No: 107287617, I was supposed to receive a coffee machine. Unfortunately, the coffee machine has not been delivered. When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that the promotional item needed to be added to the cart during the purchase process. As a consumer, I was not aware of this requirement. Shouldn't the seller notify the customer if such an item is not included? I would have expected a message or something informative that, informing me to add the promotional item if it was missed. Who wouldn't want a free promotion? This oversight has left me quite disappointed. Therefore, I kindly request that the promotional coffee machine be delivered to me as promised.
