Nautica Linen Suit Shrunk After Proper Washing – Requesting Refund or Exchange
I purchased a linen suit from Nautica and followed the washing instructions carefully, but the suit shrank after just one wash. I only wore it once, and now it’s unwearable. I’ve sent the suit for inspection twice, but both times my claim was rejected.
What am I supposed to do with a suit I can’t wear? I’m requesting either a refund or an exchange. I chose to buy from a reputable brand like Nautica expecting quality, but this situation is incredibly disappointing. My money has gone to waste, and I expect Nautica to address this issue properly. This is not what I expected from such a respected brand.
