Nautica Confirmed My Return but Didn’t Pay Me Back
On November 2, 2025, I returned a pair of boots that I purchased from Nautica’s website. My order number is 8306211024111226. I even received a message stating, “Your return has been received.” However, despite a long period of time passing, my refund of $45 still has not been deposited into my account.
During this process, I tried many times to reach Nautica customer service, but no one answers the phone and I can’t reach any representative at all. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my refund be deposited into my account.
I kindly request that the necessary action be taken.
