On October 19, 2025, I returned two products — the Nautica Men’s Blue Water-Repellent Down Vest and the Nautica Men’s Green & Navy Reversible Vest — because their sizes were too small. My order number is 8305550697322224. The products arrived on October 18, 2025, and I initiated the return process the following day. The total refund amount is $88.
During the return process, I contacted customer service three times by phone and once by email. In my first call, I received the return code. In the second call, I was told the return process was ongoing. During the third call, I was asked for my bank details, which I sent via email. Afterwards, I received an email stating that my return had been approved. Since the refund had not been deposited into my account, I emailed again, and on November 12, 2025, I received another message saying the refund would be processed. However, to this day, I have not received any payment or confirmation.
I expect my refund to be transferred to my Garanti Bank account via bank transfer. It has been nearly a month, and my refund still has not been issued. I request that my refund be completed as soon as possible.
