Water Purifier Filter Return Rejected by N11
I purchased a water purifier filter from a company called Mil Su via n11.com. The company packaged the product so carelessly and without protection that anything could have happened to it. I returned it without even opening the shipping bag. However, Mil Su rejected my return request, claiming that the product was used. This company is falsely accusing me of using the product without even opening the shipping bag.
When I tried to speak with n11.com customer service, they asked me to provide evidence that I had not used the product. I asked the representative how I could prove that I had not used a product I had not even opened, and why they were not asking the seller for proof instead. She rudely hung up on me.
n11.com continues to prioritize sellers making money over customer satisfaction. When they lose all their customers by continuing in this manner, I wish n11.com and their sellers good luck with their business.
