iPhone 11 Screen Arrived Defective And Refund Request Ignored

On 11.11.2025, I purchased an iPhone 11 screen from a seller named Qudex on N11. When the product arrived, I noticed it was defective and immediately contacted N11 customer service. During the live support chat, I was not assisted, the conversation was terminated, and no solution was offered regarding my issue. The seller claimed that the product was shipped in perfect condition and refused to send a replacement. I paid approximately ₺600–700 by credit card for the item. I did not purchase any additional warranty or protection plan during the order. Despite all my attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, my grievance has not been addressed. I request a full refund to resolve this situation.
