N11 Refused My Return for a Defective Wiko T60 Because I Opened the Box
I bought a Wiko T60 mobile phone from N11. I received the phone, took it out of the box, and tried to turn it on, but it didn’t power up. When I plugged it in to charge, it overheated excessively. I immediately repackaged it, requested a return, and sent it back. When the return was reviewed, N11 called me to say that because the packaging was opened, the return would not be accepted. How am I supposed to check for defects without taking the product out of the box and testing it? I am not accepting the product because a faulty item was sent to me. What am I supposed to do with a defective product I can’t even use? I have a 14-day return right, and you are obligated to process the return. I will file complaints with all relevant authorities.

When it went into return inspection, they said by calling N11 that there was no return because the phone packaging was opened. How can I determine if there is a fault without taking the product out of its package and trying it? I am not accepting the product; a faulty product was sent. What am I going to do with a defective product without using it? I have a 14-day return right, and you have to process the return of that product. I will file a complaint with all relevant departments.
