I bought a Wiko T60 mobile phone from N11. I received the phone, took it out of the box, and tried to turn it on. It didn't turn on. When I plugged the phone in to charge, it overheated excessively. I put the phone back in its package and sent it back by opening a return. When it went into return inspection, they said by calling N11 that there was no return because the phone packaging was opened. How can I determine if there is a fault without taking the product out of its package and trying it? I am not accepting the product; a faulty product was sent. What am I going to do with a defective product without using it? I have a 14-day return right, and you have to process the return of that product. I will file a complaint with all relevant departments.
