I often shop on N11, but my experience with purchasing Solenta Pigmenta cream has been frustrating. Initially, it showed as shipped, but when I tracked it, it was marked as returned. Fortunately, they hadn’t sent it, so I decided to order again. This time, the inner lid was open, the product had leaked, and it turned out to be fake. How can people’s health be so undervalued? When I tried to return it, the seller was nowhere to be found. It’s disappointing that N11 collaborates with unreliable sellers, causing customers to suffer. We are losing both our health and money because we trust you. I am requesting an approval of my refund.
