Damaged Goods & Exchange Issues From N11.com
I bought two cleaning buckets at n11.com. I'm sorry to say that both products I received were damaged. In order to resolve this issue, I returned the damaged products for exchange. However, only one product from the package was returned to me, and it was also damaged. Despite providing detailed information to N11 via video recording, the board did not consider my complaint, and my problem was not resolved despite the video. This situation indicates that my consumer rights were violated. For these reasons, I would like to state that if the issue is not resolved, I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and that I have decided to end all commercial relations with n11.com. I'm sharing this complaint on Şikayetvar.com to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar grievances. I request that the parties involved pay attention to this matter and take the necessary precautions.
