Received Wrong Beads from Uniquehobby Seller on N11 - Seeking Resolution




My half-price distribution beads from the #uniquehobby seller using a coupon from N11 arrived different from the one in the image. The seller does not accept this and is not interested in customer service. I will escalate this situation to THH, CİMER, and all social media platforms. I want the correct product. The return period has passed, and the seller, who sent the wrong product, claims the return period expired on the 14th day. The same issue exists with the Uniquehobby seller on Trendyol. I demand compensation, including the coupons I earned, or I will no longer shop on the N11 site. I will also send an email to Nihal Dindar Akın and hold the seller accountable. I will not tolerate this mistreatment. Four more friends of mine bought the bead bag, and I will show them all promotional videos from my account, exposing this infamous company! I request that cameras be examined to verify if the product matches the image. Through CİMER, THH, social media, Nihal Dindar Akın, other commercial sites, and my friends, I will ensure that I am not unfairly charged 1 TL.
