Wizz Air Charges for Missed Check-in. Mytrip Customer Service Unresponsive
I've heard that you have to pay if you miss check-in for the first time. That's ridiculous! They charged €90 for two people – it's absolutely outrageous given the amount I already paid for the tickets! We didn't receive any heads up beforehand. The representatives from Wizz Air in Romania were extremely impolite and provided no assistance. It's frustrating when you try to find a solution, but they simply dismiss you! I will never fly with Wizz Air again. Mytrip, you've let me down!
